Our work starts with you at the formulation. We build the base formula for the product you want, with the right ingredients and the right ratios. Then we select the factory that delivers the quality you need, from our own experience with factories in the Gulf and in East Asia. Once you approve the first sample of your product, we supply the raw material to the specification you asked for. All of it in one place, from the formulation through to ongoing supply.

The study
We hand you the initial detail: the product specification, the estimated cost landed at your end, the product registration requirements and the approximate timeline. Everything is clear from the start, before you pay anything.
The formulation
We either recommend one of our proven ready-made formulations, or we develop a new one from scratch, depending on your product and your idea.
Samples and factory
We select the right high quality factory from our network in the Gulf, East Asia or anywhere else in the world, order the samples and try them with you on taste and appearance until you approve.
Registration and customs clearance
We prepare the full product file: specification, label, certificates, even the shape of your own packaging. We submit it to the competent authorities and follow the registration step by step until your goods are in your hands.
Ongoing supply
After launch, or once the product is approved, we stay your supplier for the raw material or the product itself. Whenever you need more, we prepare it to the exact specification you approved, with no changes.

Frequently asked questions about private label food products
How long does it take to develop the formula and get a sample?
It depends on the product and on when you want to launch. Developing the formula takes roughly two to four months, including preparing the sample, usually across two sample rounds.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It varies by product and factory. All of it is set after the first call, based on exactly what the product is, how it is packed and what the finished product looks like.
Do I own the formulation?
If the formulation is developed specifically for you, it is exclusive to you and we supply you the product. If you want to own the formulation details outright, we agree a buyout price and sign the contract.
Do you give the same formulation to someone else?
Any formulation you take is exclusive to you in your market and category for the term of the agreement, meaning we do not give it to a competitor of yours in the same market and category.
Do you manufacture the products yourselves?
It depends on the product. Some products we can make ourselves, and others are made at factories we have worked with for years in the Gulf and East Asia.
Can I import under my own name?
If you hold an import licence you can import under your own name, and we prepare the file, the specification and the coordination with the factory. If you do not have one, we import for you and deliver the goods to you. We decide what suits you in the first call.
Which countries do you cover?
We work across the whole Gulf: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. We have two locations, the head office in Kuwait and a second branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Every GCC country has different registration requirements, and we set them out for you in the study.
